A number of 10 to 15 invited experts will attend an architectural visit in Education City of Qatar Foundation. The tour includes an introduction of the master plan, experts talk and a preview of the new building of the Qatar National Library. The tour is followed by a garden lunch at Chiefs Garden hosted by library project director Claudia Lux and German architect Ines Miersch-Süß.

What are MONO-WHEELS, E-BIKES, SCROOSER or E-SCOOTER? We should already know these names. In the Center of Future Mobility of the Volkswagen brand, we will meet in the world of experience in the Transparent Manufacture of the Electromobility of Tomorrow. It is about distances and routes in cities, which are often too far on foot, for which however actually no car is needed. In this world of experience, we are experiencing a transparent and close-up view of how we will move in the future. We will then discuss the topic of how the city of the future is reinventing itself.

From the Mosque to a Piece of Art & Design – Open Competition for Children

For the occasion of the one-hundredth birthday of the architect I.M. Pei, the MSAO Future Foundation will organize an art competition for children on the subject of Architecture & Art. Starting with a conversation on the architect IM Pei and his work, using the example of architectural design of the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, the children, represented by the German architect Ines Miersch-Süß, will familiarise themselves with topic of Heritage.
